Version 1.2 is for the official Verruckt map & Nacht Der Untoten map.
Version 1.0 is for the official Shi No Numa map and custom maps that have Shi No Numa type zombies. Includes all the weapons from the actual game, but much more powerful & different skins. Instructions: Launch the folder "modern-v1.0" in the mods menu of the game and run Nacht Der Untoten, or copy the two files in the folder (mod.ff & modern_1-0.iwd) into any other custom Prototype Map (If it asks to replace mod.ff, just say yes because this is a empty 1kb file anyway). This only works for Nacht Der Untoten & other maps that have the same type of zombies (prototype zombies), because it has issues with Perks such as Quick Reload & Double Tap. Weapons from Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare.
These weapon mods don't work for the Der Reise map or Der Reise type of maps because that already has an official weapons mod, Pack-A-Punch. Weapon mods go in the same directory as maps. I’m happy to give any more information if it’s helpful.Custom weapons can be added to custom maps AND official maps. Once back to full screen and I try to launch a map, it goes back to freezing. I have to go into the config file to get the game back in full screen. When I try to put the game back in full screen, it crashes and freezes my pc. Here’s the strange thing: when I put the game in windowed mode with the command r_fullscreen 0 and then vid_restart, the custom maps work fine. I now have all my settings back where I want them, but when I try to launch the zombies map it still freezes. I’ve had this problem been before, so I fixed it using the waw configure file. Any time I tried to change my graphics back to where I want them, the same freeze would happen. I then tried launching the game in safe mode, so it reset my graphics settings and stuff to default. When I tried to launch a custom zombies map, it’s did the same crash freeze thing. I didn’t think much of it and just booted up single player again. I tried to change it, and the game crashed and froze my desktop. It worked, but my resolution defaulted to something really low.
Everything has worked beautifully.Ī few days ago, I attempted to launch multiplayer from the main menu. I’ve been playing custom maps with friends every night for the past few weeks.
